RFP Associate Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

Our client in the financial space is looking for an RFP Associate to join their business development and sales enablement team. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing the RFI/RFP process key components of the firms organic sales efforts. This role is hybrid and you must be located near one of the clients offices. The client has over 50 offices, so please mention your location in your application to ensure we can check for a local office near you. The hybrid schedule is based off a certain number of remote days per year, but you Friday is a required in-office day. You get about 50 remote days per year.

RFP Associate Responsibilities:

• Support the creation, development, and delivery of business development materials (RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, Public Plan Requests)
• Review drafts to ensure quality and consistency
• Work with internal teams and SMEs to refine and update content
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts using internal systems and resources
• Maintain and organize business development resources and databases with recent deliverables

RFP Associate Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in business development or related support roles
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams, and OneNote
• Experience in producing RFPs, DDQs, or similar business development responses
