We’re a profitable, self-funded B2B SaaS company that’s been around for 20 years. Our team of six is small but focused—we build software that makes our users’ jobs easier and stand by it with real, responsive support. No venture capital, no “move fast and break things”—just solid, reliable tools and the people behind them.
What You’ll Do:
This role is about one thing: getting on the phone. You’ll be doing outbound lead generation by calling electrical engineers, starting conversations, and opening doors for our software. Sometimes it’ll be someone who reached out and disappeared. Sometimes someone who tried the software but never followed up. Sometimes a complete cold call. You’ll also keep our CRM (HubSpot) clean and organized so we know who’s in the pipeline and what needs to happen next.
Your day-to-day will include:
Cold calling potential customers to introduce our software and set up demos Following up with past leads who’ve gone quiet Checking in on active evaluations and offering help Updating and managing lead information in HubSpot Working closely with the owner (David) and interacting informally with the rest of the team
Who You Are:
You don’t need sales experience or knowledge of the AEC industry—we’ll show you what you need to know. But you do need to be comfortable on the phone and diligent about follow-up. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn the ropes of SaaS sales and take ownership of a high-impact role.
