Job Description

  • T + Addresses internal sales inquiries from sales and leadership associates.

+ Organizes tasks, creates correspondence, and prepares reports or documents. + Engages with personnel across internal and external departments to facilitate sales processes and streamline workflows. + Comprehends the work domain, professional principles, regulatory standards and operational strategies within one’s role. + Autonomously determines work approach, prioritizes tasks, and adheres to given directions. + Manages work often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation. + Update and maintain CRM data and provide support to sales and leadership associates. + Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and IT to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities and resolve any issues that may arise. + Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members by providing guidance on internal processes, systems, and resources. + Monitor sales performance metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and sales targets. + Analyze data, interpret trends, and draw insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement. + Other duties as necessary
