About the Job The Senior/Strategic Sales Development Representative is Brightly’s “front line” in increasing demand for the sales team. You will be tasked with qualifying new prospective clients and collaborating with other members of the team to achieve a smooth handoff of each opportunity. If you have previous successful sales experience and are interested in joining a team that provides a transparent, performance-driven culture and opportunities for advancement and career growth we’d like to talk to you! What you will do Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound call campaigns Build cadences and sequences Research prospects to identify and qualify decision makers among the targeted call campaigns Collect accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) by maintaining and growing the database of prospects and tracking activity Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. The base salary pay range for this position is $45,000-50,000 and the annual commission target is $25,000- $30,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location. This is a hybrid workplace opportunity that does require you to work onsite a minimum of 3 days (Tuesday-Thursday) each work week. Our offices are located in the North Hills area of Raleigh, NC.
