In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, promptly responding to emailed orders, and ensuring the accurate and timely entry of sales and customer data into our internal systems. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct warm and follow-up calls to prospective and existing clients Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Enter customer orders, quotes, and inquiries into the system with high accuracy Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activity, and data entry logs Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or data entry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Woodware Systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic MUST have Millwork and/or Millwork Experience Why Join Millwork?
