We are seeking people-oriented candidates to: Generate sales with a passionate focus on the customer. Be a brand ambassador. Build relationships and business through community engagement. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Offer support, information and guidance while assessing customers’ wireless needs. Research and recommend new opportunities for renewals, upgrades, accessories and service improvements. Resolve product and service issues by identifying the primary causes and selecting the best overall customer-focused solutions. Maintain customer confidentiality and protect the company by keeping all customer accounts and company information private. Responsibilities to include other duties and functions as decided by management. What you bring to the team: Self-starter Outside of the box thinker High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, 2-year degree a plus 1-2 years’ previous sales experience preferred, especially in a commission-based sales environment Flexibility to work days, evenings, Saturdays, and some holiday hours Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment Ability to maintain confidentiality Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet) Ability to meet physical requirements of bending, stooping, lifting, sitting, and standing. Ability to use computer/keyboard and general office equipment, and ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
