As a Business Development Representative with our company you will be involved in:
- Setting up qualified meetings for our clients through cold outreach such as cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
- Understanding our client’s needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Achieving weekly & monthly sales goals
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects To be considered as a Business Development Representative you must possess the following skills:
- Proven inside sales experience or willing to learn and determined to succeed in an inside sales environment
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing up to 100 calls per day is a plus
- Track record of hitting or exceeding goals
- Experience working with Microsoft and a CRM is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
