Compensation Base Pay:

$16.00 – $19.00 per hour Earning Potential (with bonus/commission): $19.00 – $25.00+ per hour

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Utilize retail math to manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and maintain cash handling procedures. Maintain an organized sales floor by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays are visually appealing. Provide exceptional phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in a grocery store setting. Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Familiarity with retail math concepts for inventory management and sales tracking. Experience in conducting product demos to engage customers effectively. Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply – a major plus in serving our diverse customer base
