We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives at Splash Pressure Washing. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our pressure washing services to residential and commercial customers in various neighborhoods.

Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door sales visits to potential customers within assigned territories. Introduce and explain the benefits of Splash Pressure Washing services to homeowners and businesses. Provide accurate and detailed information about our services, pricing, and promotional offers. Create persuasive sales presentations and tailor them to individual customer needs. Actively listen to customers’ concerns and address them appropriately. Close sales deals and secure service agreements with customers. Maintain a consistent follow-up system with leads and potential customers. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks. Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and new services offered by Splash Pressure Washing.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and confident in presenting and pitching products/services. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections professionally. Familiarity with pressure washing or related services is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay rate: $25 per hour.

Commission:
