Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist

Monadnock Highway, Swanzey, NH 03446 EZ-CRETE, a Swanzey, NH based precast concrete manufacturer, is looking for an energetic and reliable Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist who is a no-nonsense, no-drama, problem solver and team player. This position requires a highly organized individual who can keep track of many different aspects of the business. The right candidate must bring a positive, can-do attitude to the job every day, but also have the ability to be firm with customers or vendors when necessary.

Responsibilities for this position will include, but not limited to: Customer Service & Sales Support Answering email / phone / web chat / in person inquiries in a timely and helpful manner Provide accurate product information to potential and existing customers Managing daily order flow from various sources – phone, email, e-commerce and entering the information accurately into the order management and inventory system Track and maintain inventory levels through our inventory management system Supporting sales staff with any follow-up to leads or existing customers Enter all inbound leads into CRM Participate in weekly sales meetings Provide sales team with regular reports on sales & open orders Onboard new customers efficiently and accurately Assist with maintaining valuable customer relationships Financial Send customer invoices after product shipments Receive payments from customers Communicate with Accounting about various financial items General Office Duties Keeping office organized and information flowing to other team members Occasional cleaning and organizing of the office space Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative are a plus Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree or equivalent required. Typical hours will be 8:30-5 daily. Could be a part-time position.
