How You’ll Shine:
Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations with owners in our state-of-the-art sales center
Establish commonality and build rapport with current owners
Communicate the benefits of traveling with Hilton Grand Vacations
Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
Effectively present and deliver sales presentation in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements
Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings
Keep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends
Provide follow-up with owners to increase retention and client satisfaction
All leads are provided and prequalified by Hilton’s award-winning on-site marketing team!
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferred
Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short sales cycle
Ability to handle rejection
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment
General knowledge of smart devices
