As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Business Development & Client Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. Position Overview The Business Development & Client Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by securing qualified appointments for our financial advisors. This individual will engage with prospective clients, follow up on leads from seminars and marketing campaigns, and nurture relationships. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Reports to:

Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities Using mailhouse and leading response, prequalify and invite prospects to educational workshops and seminars. Set qualified first appointments to fill advisors’ schedules. Respond promptly to leads from various sources, and seminar attendees. Respond to any and all department referrals – inviting them to seminars and booking first advisor appointment. Record all prospect interactions and updates in the Redtail CRM system. Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement. Follow up with no calls or canceled seminar/ workshop attendees to keep the lead warm. Utilize scripts and workflows to maximize lead conversion. Assist in preparing first client meetings and welcoming guests. Guide inbound client inquiries and direct them appropriately. Manage and follow up with all leads, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients. Run and refine the reporting to maintain a high-quality prospect list. Track and present performance metrics at respective meetings Scout restaurants and facilities for regional growth and client experience Work with producing advisors to strengthen skills and aptitude to increase client trust Attend and support client appreciation events, networking, and ensuring attendees feel valued. Qualifications & Skills Proven ability to convert leads into appointments and foster client relationships. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines. Proficiency with CRM systems (Redtail), scheduling tools, Microsoft Office Suite and constant contact or other lead generation platforms . Previous sales, marketing, business development and client acquisition experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years. Knowledge of financial services.

Key Performance Indictors & Metrics:
  • Seminar and workshop attendance rates. Fill 30 seats per seminar, 20 seats per educational workshop.
  • Stick rate – goal 80% for first appointments
  • Client engagement / satisfaction score Personal Attributes Energetic and motivated by results .

Manchester Office Compensation Structure:
    Hybrid:

    annual base salary $60,000 + commission ($100 per first appointment kept)
