Inside Sales Coordinator – Manchester, NH As an Inside Sales Coordinator at Schleuniger, you will be communicating directly with our customers, outside salespeople, and a variety of internal team members. Core responsibilities include preparing detailed equipment and spare parts quotes, processing purchase orders through the order fulfillment stage, as well as researching creative solutions to ensure customer needs are met. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ideal candidate will be able to shift priorities with ease. This person will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills, and a desire to learn and grow. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., working in the office at our Manchester, NH location.

Main responsibilities:

Provide customers with quotations and all items necessary to make a purchase decision. Also provides quote follow-up on weekly basis. Enter customer orders into system and follow through to fulfillment of order (

IE:

To ensure credit is approved, deposit received (if applicable), items have been ordered, etc.). Sort customer invoices daily, prints backorders and enters machines into Customer database. Reconcile customer purchase orders to our sales orders/invoices. Follows up if necessary. Assist customers with general product information (part numbers, availability, order status, etc.) Interface with all other departments to ensure that the needs of our customers are being met. Identify correct equipment applications for customers. Provide various monthly and quarterly reports as assigned. Provide back-up phone coverage for operator. What you bring to the table: Associate’s degree or equivalent. Minimum of three years relevant experience required (inside sales or customer service experience). College education may be substituted for work experience. MS Office experience required, including demonstrated knowledge of Excel. SAP and Salesforce experience a plus. Bi-lingual (fluent in English and Spanish) preferred Professional telephone skills are essential. Individual must be team, customer, and sales oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Individual must demonstrate excellent organizational and decision-making skills. Requires the ability to hear, see, and talk, as well as use repetitive motions of both wrists. Individual sits for extended periods of time.
