JOB SUMMARY
Sales Coordinator (Spanish Bilingual) – Manufacturing We are seeking a bilingual Sales Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team. This role serves as a critical link between our sales department, production teams, and Spanish-speaking clients.
Compensation Hourly Rate:
$23-$26 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities Coordinate and process customer orders from receipt to delivery Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish Serve as liaison between the sales team and production department Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Assist with sales forecasting and inventory management Support sales representatives with administrative tasks Participate in trade shows and customer events as needed Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) 2+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Experience in manufacturing industry preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus Benefits Comprehensive health insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities
