Inside Sales Responsibility:

Proactively contacts homeowners via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and re-engage interest in previously declined or unsold proposals. Works to retain sold projects by addressing homeowner concerns and preventing cancellations. Responds quickly and effectively to homeowner inquiries related to follow-ups and cancellation requests. Consistently achieves or surpasses established sales targets and key performance metrics. Maintains accurate and up-to-date homeowner records. Provides essential administrative assistance to customer care, sales, and service teams, including taking payment.

Inside Sales Requirements:

Knowledge of customer service and/or sales principles and practices. Skill in operating a personal computer and programs. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English. Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on computer screen 75-100% of time. Ability to perform accurate data entry. Bilingual preferred, but not required High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
