Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Use a company vehicle to visit customers based on pre-qualified, company-provided leads. Build strong connections with homeowners and understand their needs and expectations. Conduct in-home evaluations, present customized solutions, and guide them toward the best outcome. Provide a complete proposal during the visit and follow up as needed to support their decision-making. Focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals while delivering a positive and professional customer experience. Paid Training then 100% commission-based. High performers earn 90k-140k+ in uncapped commissions.
Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably within the construction, HVAC, service industry, or other related fields. Ability to travel 75% of the time Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English. Ability to maneuver in and out of crawlspaces.
