Position Overview :
We seek an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at a leading Generac Generator Dealership. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, loves engaging in conversations over the phone, and can build great rapport with customers. No prior industry experience is required.
Pay Range:
$22-$26 hourly base and a performance-based bonus structure tied to customer engagement and sales opportunity.
Hours & Work Location:
This is a full-time, 40-hour a week position based out of the Manchester, NH office. The position is in person with limited remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Coordination:
Work with and coordinate a team of 3-4 sales specialists trained to sell Generac Generators.
Customer Interaction:
Make outgoing and take incoming calls from prospects interested in purchasing a whole home emergency backup power system from Generac.
Call Management:
Follow scripted calls and participate in regular reviews to allow for coaching and improved results.
CRM Utilization:
Input all call information into the CRM system accurately.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule appointments for qualified buyers, manage drive times, and organize team schedules.
Support:
Maintain contact with the in-field team throughout the day to assist in closing deals and supporting customers.
Sales Nurturing:
Nurture sales that have not yet closed and work cold leads daily to boost sales.
Sales Documentation:
Assemble and verify the accuracy of all submitted packets for closed sales.
Communication:
Communicate directly with the Sales Director to ensure the department’s continued success.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor KPIs and assist in achieving sales goals.
