We’re looking for a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to support our Service Department in maximizing appointments, increasing retention, and delivering high-quality customer engagement.
Pay:
– $40,000 – $55,000 annual compensation depending on skill and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to phone, internet, and chat inquiries from customers. Proactively reach out to current and prospective service customers via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments and follow-ups. Manage the service appointment pipeline and follow up on missed or declined service opportunities. Work with the Service Manager and Advisors to meet departmental goals. Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions. Assist with service campaigns, recalls, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Provide a friendly and helpful experience on every interaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (automotive experience preferred, but not required) Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize Comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and dealership management software Driven, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Being bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
