part-time or full-time schedule Minimum of 15 hours/week Maximum of 20 hours/week Rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) As our part-time or full-time Studio Attendant – Sales Representative, your days will be filled with connecting with customers, educating them on the benefits of infrared sauna therapy, and helping them find the perfect membership to meet their health and wellness needs. You’ll greet members by name, provide personalized tours, and confidently answer questions about our services and retail products. With every interaction, you’ll create an environment that feels warm, welcoming, and rejuvenating. In addition to achieving sales goals and promoting memberships, you’ll also play a key role in keeping the studio pristine-handling laundry, housekeeping, and maintaining cleanliness standards. You’ll also be responsible for keeping our 10 sauna rooms clean and ready for the next session-a role that requires speed, efficiency, and attention to detail. Whether you’re greeting members by name, cleaning saunas between appointments, handling admin tasks, or re-engaging inactive clients, you’ll be a crucial part of creating an inviting, rejuvenating experience. What’s needed? High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Understanding of confidentiality importance Ability to move fast with efficiency and work under pressure Ability to work well with others and independently Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in an organized manner Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person Goal-oriented and self-motivated Passionate about health and wellness Having customer service experience and proficiency with Mindbody software would be a huge plus! We’re looking for a Studio Attendant – Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-moving, interactive role-if you’ve worked as a server, in retail, or in a high-energy customer service position, this could be the perfect fit!
