Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Handle a high volume of inbound sales calls with professionalism, ensuring customer needs are met promptly and accurately.
Product Expertise:
Use your knowledge to identify light to heavy-duty truck models, parts, and components, offering the best solutions based on customer requirements.
Efficient Resource Management:
Utilize electronic catalogs, parts references, and our internal systems to gather information and process orders with precision.
Order Processing:
Manage all aspects of order billing, returns, core charges, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.
Customer Solutions:
Use your in-depth product knowledge to offer tailored solutions for customers’ drivetrain needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in truck or automotive parts sales is highly preferred but not required. Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate online tools, catalogs, and internal systems with ease. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Why Camerota Truck Parts?
