Role:

We’re hiring an Operations & Sales Support Specialist —a flexible, proactive team member to support our office, field, and sales departments. This is the perfect role for someone who likes variety, enjoys both people and processes, and is excited about the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership or sales role over time. You’ll work closely with our admin team, our technicians, and our customers—no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Office Support:

Help manage day-to-day admin tasks using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)

Sales Backup:

Respond to leads, follow up with old or inactive customers, and step in when our primary sales rep is out

Field Operations Support:

Communicate with technicians, assist with routing and scheduling, and support the Field Manager when needed

Employee Liaison:

Be a positive, reliable point of contact for our cleaning professionals

Project Work:

Pitch in on special projects, internal process improvements, and team initiatives

Who You Are:

Friendly, upbeat, and professional Organized with great attention to detail Office-savvy—comfortable with Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, and digital tools A problem-solver who takes initiative Experienced in customer service, sales, or administrative work (or all three!) Open to learning and growing within the company

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in the residential cleaning, service, or hospitality industries Familiarity with CRMs or scheduling tools A strong phone presence and confidence in making outbound calls A desire to eventually take on more responsibility in sales or operations
