Responsibilities:
As an Appliance Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, guiding them through the appliance selection process and offering expert advice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Properly qualify customer’s needs and wants, to make strong recommendations. Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their key benefits and value. Recruit referral business partners such as building contractors, cabinet shops, designers, landlords, etc. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings. Maximize profit opportunity on every sale, including accessories, services, warranties, and add-ons.
