We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to drive our deliveredmercial sales performance within the New England region. This role epasses both volume and margin goals, with a focus on expanding our customer base and maximizingmercial opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will build and nurture relationships with existing customers while leveraging our network of third-party assets, transportation partnerships, and fleet resources to broaden our geographic reach. Sales Growth
Strengthen and manage relationships with our current customer base
Identify and developmercial opportunities outside of our existing customer base
Collaborate with management to establish and execute annual growth strategies
Ensure alignment with the customer specifications and requirements
Contribute to growth in Fleet Card and Implementation Services offerings by expanding opportunities and building customer connections
Business Development
Develop productive vendor relationships, particularly in transportation services, to foster mutual benefits
Represent Sprague in professional associations, legislative forums, and customer events as appropriate
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthenpetitive differentiation
Qualified candidates for this role will have the following:
In-depth knowledge of industry structure, functions, and key participants
Proven sales expertise, preferably within the energy sector ormodity sales
Exceptional verbal and writtenmunication skills
Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to manage workloads effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with technology, including MS Office applications and Salesforce CRM
This opportunity is based in New England and will require travel throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Our Culture
