compensation: Full time, vacation time, paid holidays hourly employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Inside Sales We are a well-established Large Format Printing Company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email
- Provide quotes and estimates for large format printing and installation projects
- Work with customers to understand project requirements and provide solutions
- Learn and use QuickBooks for order entry (training provided)
- Perform basic math to calculate materials, dimensions, and costs
- Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions and orders
Requirements:
- Strong phone communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable with basic math and measurement conversions
- Willingness to learn QuickBooks and internal processes
- Knowledge of the printing industry is a plus, but not required
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow with the company
