Responsibilities:
- Utilize and maintain Salesforce andOutlook Calendar; scheduling customer calls, meetings, trainingsessions, time spent on marketing campaign efforts, projects.
- Work with Regional Sales Managers and Marketing to expand brandawareness within all territories, with added time and focus onterritories without outside representatives’ coverage.
- Re-engagewith past customers that Wall is not currently receiving RFQ’s ororders from.
- Cold call/email past targeted companies and contactspreviously included in marketing campaigns.
- Correspond withoutside manufacturer’s representatives and customers as needed.
- Help generate target accounts for marketing campaigns.
- Travelwith RSM to observe and assist in the sales process.
- Learn how tobuild strong relationships and become skilled at identifying andpromoting Wall product, and work through the life cycle design andcontract review process.
- Learn and practice the company’s salessteps by calling on new accounts and checking with existing onesper direction.
- Assist and provide back up to the Inside SalesAdministrator.
o Prepare quote worksheets for regional salesmanagers (RSM). o Calculate freight costs for quote worksheetsusing Federal Express Toolbox. o Generate formal quote in CRMsystem. o Process sales orders in ERP and close out quotes in CRMas booked. o Update sales orders and e-mail date confirmations tocustomers. o Move orders through BPM portal as each sales relatedtask is completed. o Process expedited requests with offshorepartners and Wall manufacturing and send updated reports back tocustomers.
- Assist Marketing Department. o Update existingdatasheets and prepare new datasheets. o Assist in managing emailcontact database including segmenting, importing/exporting, andupdating regularly with appropriate information. o Utilize HooversD&B to identify target companies and contacts for marketingcampaigns.
- Make effective and efficient use of all companyresources including personnel, materials and equipment
- Maintainnecessary records and files to insure proper accountability per ISOand company policies.
- Follow established company policies andprocedures.

Sales OperationManager Qualifications:
Education:
Associate Degree or two or moreyears of well-rounded sales experience.
Skills:
- BA/BS degreepreferred
- 0 – 3 years sales/office experience
- Must possessexcellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Solidwriting and editing skills
- Must be a team player and good atmulti-tasking
- Desire to learn and contribute to company goals forsuccess
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel,Word)
- Experience with a CRM database is helpful Reports to: SalesOperation Manager
