This is not a remote job—home base is at our sales office, you’ll be on the road, meeting customers face-to-face , and building trust, and offering top-quality roofing and siding solutions that make a real impact. What You’ll Do Respond to qualified leads from inbound calls and marketing campaigns— no cold calling! Perform on-site inspections and consultations for roofing and siding projects Educate customers on materials, warranties, financing, and system options Deliver clear, honest estimates and close deals with confidence Collaborate with our project managers to ensure a smooth experience for every customer Use our CRM system to track your leads and stay organized Promote integrity, transparency, and excellence in every interaction What You’ll Need 2+ years of roofing or exterior remodeling sales experience (required) Strong knowledge of asphalt, metal roofing, or siding systems A self-starter attitude with serious drive to close and earn Outstanding communication, presentation, and follow-up skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation No evening or Saturday appointments unless requested What You’ll Get Uncapped commissions paid off the gross sale Company vehicle + gas card or allowance Training pay while you build your pipeline Daily qualified leads —no cold knocking A tight-knit team that actually supports each other Full CRM access + back-end support to help you succeed 401(k) with company match A team culture built on honesty, hustle, and customer-first service Why J.
