What We Offer:
Base Range:

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service & determine their flooring needs Build client relationships & ensure consistent follow up with new/existing clients Help answer phone lines & schedule showroom consultation appointments Keep up to date on the selection of flooring & countertop products available Review space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed, create proposal/estimates for client approval, provide flooring sample suggestions & perform quality control throughout project Handling customer complaints or direct them to proper departments based on complaint Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-4 years’ proven work experience in Retail Sales, Flooring Sales, Interior Design, Construction, or similar role Basic computer, social media & math skills A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations Proper phone etiquette Ability to work independently under minimal supervision Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving ability Strong personal & professional judgment Ability to adapt & respond quickly to customers’ needs & wants Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority Ability to achieve sales goals effectively Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates (Willing to train) Knowledge of floor coverings & countertops a plus (Willing to train) Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train) How to
