Sales Development Representative,Americas Loftware is currently seeking a highly driven SalesDevelopment Representative to join our expanding Global SalesDevelopment Team. The candidate will be an individual who cangenerate new business pipeline over the telephone, email and socialmedia, and is looking to grow their software sales career in acollaborative, solution based selling environment. Loftware investsin the best sales tools to help you achieve your goals includingSalesforce.com, Salesloft, Zoominfo and LinkedIn. Responsibilities Establish, develop, and grow new businessrelationships over telephone, email, and social media channelswithin enterprise level organizations and prospect contact sets.
Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives.
Understand and uncover a prospect organization’s business drivers,challenges, pain points, and potential alignment to the Loftwaresolution set Identify new opportunities and pass to the salesrepresentatives you support Align with sales to effectively createand execute on regional territory outbound prospecting plansUtilize and leverage internal technology to manage marketing leadseffectively Effective Data Management through internal and externalsources such as CRM, social media, search engines and pressPreferred Qualifications Experience with telemarketing, leadgeneration, B2B sales, outbound cold-calling General understandingof Information Technology Able to build meaningful businessrelationships with customers, prospects and internal colleaguesConfidence to evangelize the Loftware brand and teach prospectsabout Enterprise Labeling & Artwork Management and their importancein the supply chain Multi-lingual skills – specifically French,German, and Spanish is a plus Bachelor’s Degree 1-3 years’experience in a sales or sales development role Strong work ethicSuperior written and verbal communication skills Lifetime learnerwho has a deep interest in technology and seeks a career in salesFlexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities,demands and timelines.
