The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional (2-3 years of experience) who is eager to take on diverse responsibilities and grow with our company. In this role, you will be at the heart of our sales and operational processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers from inquiry to delivery. What You’ll Do:
Provide critical support to the sales team, including processing orders, preparing quotes, and maintaining customer records. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, offering guidance and ensuring a timely and professional resolution to their needs. Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, which includes supporting our purchasing and inventory management. Take ownership of projects aimed at improving our internal processes and efficiency. Play a key role in defining and configuring system integrations to support operational efficiency and scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in a professional environment, ideally in a role with exposure to sales support, operations, or customer service. A strong technical aptitude and the ability to read and understand technical documentation. A background or keen interest in computer hardware, basic electronics, or related fields is a significant plus. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage projects independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is highly desirable, but a willingness to learn is essential. Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environment is a plus. Why Join Us?
