Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in our Service Department, offering purchase values and presenting trade-in options, with the goal of encouraging them to sell or trade their vehicle Ensure all customers are treated with courtesy and respect, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction Maintain accurate daily sales and production records as required by dealership management Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering repeat and referral business Stay informed on product changes, updates, and new offerings to ensure knowledgeable interactions Perform other tasks as assigned by management Demonstrate behaviors that align with the Company’s core values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors
Qualifications:
