AUTOMOTIVE SALES PROFESSIONAL
will be adept at building and maintaining relationships with all clients. Duties Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle needs. Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options. Accompany clients with test drives. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing and financing calculations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using designated software. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding sales goals and customer feedback. Follow up with potential buyers to nurture leads and close sales. Participate in outside sales events and promotions to attract new customers. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process to foster long-term relationships. Experience Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is required. Proficiency in management practices is beneficial. Familiarity with sales management software or CRM systems is an advantage. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. A solid understanding of math concepts related to retail transactions is necessary.
