Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sale/pro/design consultant to join our high-performing team. This role combines a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure, offering significant earning potential for motivated individuals. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs. Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to maximize sales opportunities. Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Proactively seek new sales opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product features, pricing, and industry trends. Attend training sessions to enhance understanding of products and sales techniques.

Store Operations:

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Track and follow up on leads using CRM tools and maintain accurate sales records.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with the sales team and management to execute marketing and sales strategies. Share customer insights and feedback to improve the shopping experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or a similar role. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Interior Design experience/space planning

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary:

Competitive, with regular performance reviews.

Commission:

Uncapped, based on individual and team sales performance.
