We are seeking a professional, results-driven B2B Sales Representative with a strong background in outbound sales, ideally within the transportation , travel, or event services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships, managing accounts, and driving long-term growth by promoting our charter bus rental services to tour operators, event companies, and organizations across the region. Responsibilities Promote and sell charter bus rental services to B2B clients, including travel agencies, tour companies, corporate clients, and event organizers Identify new leads and establish connections through cold calling, networking, and referrals Develop customized proposals and pricing for client needs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery Maintain long-term client relationships with excellent follow-up and communication Attend networking events or trade opportunities, if needed Qualifications Legal authorization to work in the United States Fluency in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently Comfortable with CRM tools, basic Microsoft Office, and communication platforms (email, phone, etc.) Relevant experience is valued over formal education Experience Minimum one years of B2B sales experience, preferably in charter bus services, transportation, or travel/tourism Demonstrated track record of securing and managing client accounts Experience handling proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations Prior experience working with tour agencies or corporate travel clients is highly desirable Benefits Competitive hourly rate or starting salary Flexible schedule Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity for career advancement within a growing company Ability to commute Englewood, NJ (Required)
