Job Description:

As a Bathroom Design Consultant, you will meet with homeowners in their homes to assess their needs, present design options, and close sales. This is a consultative sales position, not high-pressure, and we provide a steady stream of qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients 75% of appointments are company-provided; 25% are self-generated Guide customers through design and product selections Present detailed project quotes and close sales Coordinate with the project team to ensure successful execution

Compensation Options:

$500/week + commission Commission only (for experienced closers) Draw against commission option available Top performers earn $75K-$150K+ annually

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience (in-home, remodeling, or design a plus) Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Self-motivated, organized, and professional demeanor
