Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development candidate to join our team. This Mid-Senior level position will play a crucial role in expanding bb.q Chicken’s presence in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Korean cuisine and have a strong desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1.
Market Research and Location Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis of potential locations.
- Perform sales and regional analysis to identify new market opportunities.
- Conduct a competitor survey and compare and analyze it with our Business.
2.
Franchise Partner Management:
- Engage in negotiations and contract proceedings with new franchise partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing franchise partners.
- Conduct initial interviews with potential franchisees and follow up on these meetings.
- Coordinate with legal counsels on related matters.
3.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain records of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD) and Franchise Agreements (FA).
- Handle management for specific regions (e.g., Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada).
- Manage and organize sales pipeline within CRM.
4.
Event Participation and Setup:
- Participate in Expos to increase brand awareness and attract new franchise partners.
- Manage all aspects of event setup and attendance.
5.
Location Visits:
- Conduct on-site visits to potential and existing franchise locations.
- Must have the ability to travel and a valid driver’s license.
6.
Reporting:
- Prepare and send regular reports to headquarters in Korea.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and working Korean is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
