Key Responsibilities:
Master the products and services we offer, including special features, warranty policies, and sales terms. Close sales by addressing objections and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets. Attract customers to the dealership and identify new markets to target. Schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and build lasting customer relationships. Collaborate with the team to achieve dealership-wide success.
Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (automotive sales a plus). Strong customer service knowledge. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Organizational and analytical skills to optimize performance. Exceptional communication skills, with as a plus . Valid driver’s license required.

$70,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
Schedule:
10 hour shift 8 hour shift
