Applicants must possess excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to implement and follow a strong professional sales process consistent with the dealership’s standards. Sales experience preferred but not necessary. The Luxury Sales Representative should be knowledgeable on new and upcoming Mercedes-Benz vehicle selection, AMG performance, accessories, efficiencies, safety features and functions. Financing options associated with our new as well as our Mercedes Certified Preowned vehicles and used vehicle inventory. Mercedes Sales Consultant is expected to maintain an ongoing relationship/communication with our customers to inspire networking and repeat business. Being the Best of the Best at Benzel-Busch Motor Car Corporation includes: You must have strong communication, presentation, writing skills, email etiquette & phone skills Experience with Automotive Mastermind and Momentum is a plus Locate/select a vehicle and options best suited to the customer’s needs Knowledge of vehicle selection, attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies/services Perform test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives Answer inbound sales calls and respond to Internet inquiries Attend sales & product knowledge meetings Professional business attire and appearance Great team player Negotiate sale closures in an ethical fashion Be able to meet daily outbound phone and email quota Complete all sales documentation in an accurate manner Facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements Retain high CSI scores Can demonstrate ability to effectively close sale •Salary range: $50,000 to $250,000 per year based on performance•Salary range includes weekly base salary + commission

Requirements:
