• Drive business development through proactive sales strategies and relationship building.
• Meet or exceed the assigned annual gross margin budget by promoting and selling products to more complex accounts in assigned territory in compliance with the company’s pricing policies.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, and report potential claims Keep management informed of local competition and market conditions by analyzing market trends to identiff growth opportunities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to new sales representatives fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Manage accounts effectively by providing ongoing support and maintaining client relationships.
• Demonstrate and coach the Sales Representative I staff on how to provide product knowledge to current and potential cllents .
• Coach the Sales Representative I on how to create a customer needs analysis, .
• Ability to travel 50o/o or more as an Outside Sales Rep III . • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

• Proven experience in outside sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
