Commercial Sales Coordinator 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 7 Campus Drive, Burlington, NJ 08016 Glazzio Tiles is a leader in the tiles industry. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Sales Coordinator to join our Commercial Sales department at our Burlington, NJ site. Position Summary The Commercial Sales Coordinator supports the national commercial sales team by managing quotes, orders, samples, special requests, and account setup. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational flow across internal systems while ensuring sales reps are supported and customers are serviced quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, can pivot between tasks with ease, and understands that urgency and responsiveness are essential to success in commercial sales. This role also requires a proactive, service-minded approach , with an ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues quickly, and communicate clearly under pressure. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming sales quotes, orders, and sample requests through P21 and RubberTree Process freight quotes and communicate shipping updates to sales reps Track, rename, and maintain a shared log for all special order samples, coordinating directly with the factory and keeping the sales rep informed Support Material Bank lead follow-up and rep-submitted account setup requests Enter new customer accounts and maintain organized digital records Monitor weekly backorder reports and alert reps to any changes in availability or timing Prioritize tasks to ensure same-day responses and next-day shipping when possible Collaborate with the warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely processing of materials and samples Communicate with factories and freight carriers to troubleshoot delays and ensure smooth coordination Respond to internal and external requests promptly, maintaining a calm and professional tone even when under pressure Proactively flag issues or delays to the sales team and work toward timely resolution Keep the sales rep informed on all customer-facing matters — always include them in communication loops Qualifications & Skills Strong time management, organization, and follow-through Ability to multitask and shift priorities throughout the day Clear and professional written communication A customer-first mindset with a professional, solution-oriented attitude Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (RubberTree and P21 preferred) Basic logistics knowledge and math skills for unit and product conversions Ability to take ownership of requests and follow through independently Experience in the tile, design, or building materials industry is a plus Team-first mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
