Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Warm Calling B2B Sales Specialist mixed with Outside Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through warm calling along with outside prospecting and developing long-term relationships with B2B clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to understand and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Warm Calling:

Conduct warm calls to potential clients who have been pre-qualified through research and marketing efforts. Present and promote our sign lighting repair services, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points. Build rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and address any concerns or objections. Schedule site visits, or detailed proposals as necessary. B2

B Sales:

Identify and target potential B2B clients in various industries such as property management, retail, franchise groups, and corporate offices. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Attend networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Client Management:

Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their signage needs are met. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Knowledge of the signage industry is a plus but not required Here’s the details:
