Join our award-winning, family-owned Nissan dealership and become a key part of our Internet Sales team! We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Internet Sales Representative to manage and respond to online leads, provide exceptional customer support, and guide clients through their car-buying journey with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Do:
Promptly respond to internet leads, inquiries, and chat messages Build rapport with customers and set appointments for in-store visits Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and follow-up skills Self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic Comfortable using technology and CRM platforms Prior sales or customer service experience a plus
