Sales And Service Coordinator Position Available In Burlington, New Jersey

TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in search for a sales and service coordinator for a manufacturing company in Burlington County, NJ. This is a permanent salaried position that will work on-site and support sales growth and client relationships. Applicants is strong communication skills, prior sales support experience and a mechanical/technical experience are encouraged to apply. Description The Sales & Service Coordinator will interact with current customers to provide service and support for the dispatch of service personnel or the quotation of spare parts. The associate will work in conjunction with sales, engineering, and field service to provide world class customer service support for thier product lines. Contact and build strong relationships with existing clients Identify parts from mechanical drawings based on feedback from customers and engineers Develop a rapport with customers and vendors Provide proposals to customers with accurate price and lead time information Liaison to Field Service manager to advise on needed or upcoming field service work as a result of equipment breakdowns Identify commonly purchased spare parts to identify stocking opportunities Order and budget entry for new orders Customer invoicing Qualifications Associates degree of higher preferred Mechanical/technical background and/or experience Experience in a sales support or customer service role Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to interpret drawings, bills of materials and technical manuals
