In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, presenting our products, and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers opportunities for both inside and outside sales, allowing you to leverage your strengths in various sales environments. Responsibilities Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales potential with existing customers. Manage assigned territory sales efforts, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and account management. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field is preferred. Strong skills in cold calling, outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales are highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. Ability to conduct product demos confidently and persuasively. Experience in upselling and territory management is a plus. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.
