In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their automotive requirements. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our inventory. Duties Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and follow-up. Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base. Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. Manage inventory control by keeping track of available stock and ensuring accurate representation of vehicles. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales support team to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Participate in outside sales activities, including attending community events to promote dealership offerings. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory status. Requirements Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred. Strong mathematical skills for pricing calculations and financing options. Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficient in cold calling techniques to generate leads effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Knowledge of inventory control practices to ensure accurate stock management. Ability to effectively upsell products and services based on customer needs. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for automobiles and staying updated on industry trends is a plus.
