Description SalesResponsibilities:
build and maintain relationships with current andprospective clients Implement relevant information into Proactivelyreach out on existing bids with contractors to win jobs/contractsQuotations Take consultative approaches to providing productselections to customers/prospects
Estimating Responsibilities:
Review specifications for projects, blueprints, HVAC systemrequirements for accurate quotes/estimates Be able to providerecommendations given a specific budget Develop and maintainproduct knowledge and product pricing for up to date conversationsProfile Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a relatedfield (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of sales or estimatingexperience, preferably in HVAC, air filtration, or a relatedindustry. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to readblueprints and understand HVAC system requirements. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-managementskills.
