The IS associate will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager, EMEA (ISM), and will be responsible for making contact with new customers to grow the accounts across EMEA, ensuring strong alignment with our global initiatives. Attained growth that meets or exceeds sales targets will activate the compensation plan, to begin in 2026.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This strategic role is critical to increasing the sales of Bel products by engaging with newly identified potential customers. Inside Sales will work closely with Business Development Managers / Director of Market Development to meet and exceed market growth expectations and company goals. The role involves proactively contacting customers, building relationships, and managing the sales process.

EMEA:
Initiating vertical market digital sales efforts in EMEA to convert and manage leads into opportunities, working closely with Business Development Managers / Director of Market Development to drive business growth and meet sales quotas. Collaborate with Product Managers as required to optimize & promote Bel’s products and services to potential customers. Manage obtained opportunities and converted accounts that have been secured. Report to the ISM on activity and current state of sales quota target. Utilize social platforms to engage engineers, directing traffic to Bel’s websites and converting interactions into potential leads. Report and track all activity in the CRM tool. Ensure marketing campaigns reach customers and be responsible for their follow-up
General Responsibilities:
Contribute actively to the company’s compliance programs. Participate in the promotion of new company products and programs. Communicate and collaborate with the team and wider functions expeditiously. Authorities and Responsibilities The Inside Sales associate reports to the Inside Sales Manager and will work closely with Business Development Managers, Director of Market Development, Customer Service, and on occasion, other division Directors. Inside Sales initiates customer engagement for targeted vertical market customers and manages the sales process, ensuring growth alignment with company goals. This position also involves being proactive, motivating and directing activity to develop customer relationships. Compensation Plan The compensation plan will be directly tied to set revenue growth targets for the vertical markets that Inside Sales operates in. Whereby customers and their sales value obtained by the IS associate will contribute to their personal compensation plan.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business is preferred or relative business experience
Experience:
1-2 years in technical sales and marketing in customer-facing roles is preferred. 1-2 years in sales or product research/development.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of diverse markets in order to identify cross-selling potentials. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, macros), and SQL. Excellent communication skills for explaining technical and business concepts to diverse audiences. Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods is a desirable ERP system experience (e.g., SAP or D365) is beneficial. Ability to travel upon request & reasonable fair notice.
Language Skills:
