Responsibilities:
Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to generate leads Perform roof and exterior inspections Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations Help homeowners file insurance claims – attend adjuster meetings and close deals. Build rock-solid relationships with customers, ensuring they’re happy from start to finish! Become a roofing pro by staying updated on the latest trends and materials Assist homeowners with insurance claims and provide tailored home improvement solutions Achieve and exceed personal sales goals Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
Requirements:
2-4 years sales closing experience Must be physically able to climb roofs daily You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get you to and from appointments and the office. Strong desire to build a career in sales Drive and commitment to achieving individual and company goals You’re a go-getter who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile! You love building relationships and are a natural communicator. We’re seeking motivated, energetic sales professionals who thrive on challenges and want to grow with a company that’s going places.
