As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our crew and help drive our success forward.

Position Summary:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves talking to people, and is ready to hustle. You’ll be the face of Everlight Autoglass—building relationships, bringing in business, and helping customers get back on the road with confidence. This will be a temporary position. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm for 2-3 months until the goals have been met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build partnerships with insurance agents, car dealerships, service centers, body shops, trucking companies and more
• Provide quotes and explain services
• Promote our services through in-person visits
• Work closely with the office and technicians to ensure smooth customer experiences
• Hit monthly and weekly visit goals with enthusiasm

What You Bring:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (auto industry a plus!)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, “get-it-done” attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Valid driver’s license (local travel will be required) You will be visiting body shops, auto dealers, repair facilities and insurance agents for the entire South Jersey service area.
