Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven InsideSales Representative / Account Manager to join our growing salesteam. This role focuses on inside sales, lead generation, andclient engagement in the medical and biotech industries. The idealcandidate is passionate about healthcare innovation and has astrong inside sales background.

Key Responsibilities:

Conductoutbound calls to prospects and existing clients Generate andfollow up on leads Maintain detailed records in CustomerRelationship Management (CRM) system. Provide product informationand support Address client questions, concerns, and troubleshootingneeds Present new product offerings and solutions Support salescampaigns and special projects Deliver exceptional customer serviceand inside sales performance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Biology orrelated field Proven inside sales experience (medical device orpharma preferred) Strong phone, verbal, and written communicationskills Organized, adaptable, and goal-oriented Must be onsite daily
