Our fast-growing staffing agency is hiring commission-only sales reps to help us place reliable assembly line and warehouse workers with manufacturing companies across New Jersey. If you have a current book of business, especially in manufacturing, logistics, or staffing—it’s a major plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and close new business with manufacturing and industrial clients
- Promote our staffing services to HR departments, plant managers, and small to mid-size business owners
- Work independently and manage your own schedule
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
